Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use this service. By using Arcanspire AI, you represent and warrant that you are 18+.

User Content and Moderation

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or engage with. Administrators may review, reject, require changes, remove content, or ban accounts that violate policy.

Character Age Restrictions

Because other platforms are lenient with underage characters, we had to dedicate an entire section to clarify our stance.

Under no circumstances are users allowed to create characters that are minors in any respect.

Similarly, settings associated with minors (i.e. high schools) are strictly prohibited, even if it's claimed the characters themselves are '18+'.

This includes but is not limited to: character definitions, images, personalities, scenarios, conversations, and lorebooks.

We also prohibit any content that involves well-known characters that are depicted as minors in pop culture and media.

This includes ANY and ALL high school scenarios and characters that are widely recognized as teenagers or children, even if you claim they are aged up.

Aging up is not an excuse to bypass these restrictions. We do not own or host the LLMs you use. LLMs are unpredictable and may generate illegal content even if you 'aged them up', which is why our stance is so strict.

Generally characters should be above the age of 21. 18+ is fine, but 21+ is recommended to be safe. If you want to create a character that is 18-21, make sure they are not in a setting that is commonly associated with minors.

This is an ethical concern and we reserve the right to remove content and ban accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines or create content that is borderline or in a gray area.

Plagiarism

Plagiarism is prohibited. Publishing a character, lorebook, definition set, or other content copied from another creator without permission is a bannable offense regardless of whether it was this site or another, unless the creator in question is the original owner of that work.

Political Content and Real-World Discourse

Threats and calls to violence of any kind are strictly prohibited on this platform and will ALWAYS result in a permanent ban.

Politics are EXTREMELY shaky. This site is built for free and open expression, not political messaging. If we find users getting heated over politics, they will be warned, then banned on repeated offenses.

If accounts are found using this platform to create or share content that is made to push an ideology, agenda, or political movement, they will be warned, then banned on repeated offenses.

Creating content that reflects inflammatory topics in the real world (i.e. political decisions, wars, elections, etc.) are strictly prohibited and will be removed when found, with repeat offenders receiving a ban.

Self-harm and Suicide

We do not allow content that promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide. Pushing this kind of behavior will lead to a warning, then a ban depending on severity.

Real People

We do not under any circumstances allow you to use real people as characters on this platform. This includes celebrities, public figures, and private individuals. This is a hard rule and will result in an immediate warning, then a ban if continuously violated.

Uploading hyper-realistic AI generated images that are indistinguishible from real people is also prohibited, as we have no way of verifying their authenticity.

Racism and Discrimination

Discrimination toward others for immutable characteristics such as ethnicity, race, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is strictly prohibited and will result in a warning, then a ban on repeated offenses.

Account Enforcement & Privacy

We may suspend or terminate accounts, delete content, and deny access for violations of these terms, abuse, security risks, or legal compliance requirements.

While admins will not be able to see your personal chats, we reserve the right to take action against accounts that are found to have created or used characters that violate our content guidelines, even if the violation is only discovered through user reports or other means.

We will not be actively monitoring users' chats, but if we become aware of violations through any means, we will take appropriate action.

We rely on user reports to help identify content that may violate our guidelines, so please report any content that you believe is inappropriate or violates these terms.

Abuse of platform systems is also prohibited. This includes but is not limited to report spam, attempts to bypass rate limits, and other suspicious behavior. These actions may trigger cooldowns, internal account notes, moderation review, or bans.

NSFW Content

NSFW content is generally allowed, as long as it is legal and follows the rules.

Being unfiltered is a selling point, but that does not excuse users from following the law. If anyone is found to have been actively creating or engaging in illegal content on this site, their account WILL be banned.

Dangerous content created by LLMs

By accepting our terms of service, you acknowledge that your own generations are determined by the LLM that you chose and their capabilities and/or guardrails.

You also agree that illegal content generated by LLMs strictly goes against our rules and is your responsibility.

Finally, in accepting these terms, you agree that we are not liable for any harmful or illegal content/conduct generated by LLMs, or any consequences thereof.

We really do not want to create new rules since we value your privacy and free expression. Just be responsible with your content and don't make us have to make the site worse for everyone else.

Additional Agreements

By accepting our terms of service, along with the above and below, you acknowledge that this site is a roleplaying website.

All chat messages on this site are purely fictional and serve only as entertainment and nothing more.

You also agree not to use this site to create or share content that is intended to be taken as real or factual, and you understand that any such content is a violation of our terms of service.

You also acknowledge that you have the agency and capacity to make your own decisions regardless of what you do on this site.

This site is not made to manipulate, coerce, or control you in any way. If you choose to use it, that is your decision and your responsibility. We are not liable for your decisions offsite or in the real world. Do not use this platform if you struggle in that regard.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
