What we collect
We collect the information needed to run the service you use: account details such as username, email address, and password hash; content you choose to save such as characters, personas, lorebooks, uploads, and saved chats; support and moderation submissions such as contact messages, reports, and related admin notes; and security metadata such as timestamps and network information used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
How we use it
We use that information to authenticate your account, store your content, deliver chats and image-generation requests, protect the service from abuse, investigate moderation issues, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Private chats
Private chats and saved chat messages may be stored in the platform database and backups so the chat feature works, but they are not exposed to other users and admins do not have site tools that let them read those chats. Private chats are intentionally kept out of the normal admin moderation flow.
External AI providers
When you generate chat or image output, the request content needed for that feature may be sent to the AI provider you selected. If you save provider API keys in the site settings, they are stored encrypted so the server can reuse them for your future requests.
Retention and security
We keep account and content data for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, or tampering.
Browser storage and cookies
Account sign-in uses an essential session cookie only after you allow it. We also use browser storage for your consent choice and temporary unsaved drafts. See the Cookie Policy for the specific cookie and browser-storage details.
Your choices
You can manage or delete your own published content from your account surfaces, remove saved chats, and change your cookie preference at any time on the Cookie Policy page. If you contact us, include only the personal information you want us to use for follow-up.
